Claudia Marie Fernety was born in Los Angeles and currently resides in San Diego, California, where she maintains an active studio practice.  From 2007 to 2016 she lived in London, England with her husband Marty Sereno. While there, she worked for The Connections, a Homeless Charity based in Trafalgar Square.  With a background in both the Arts and Social Work, she tutored homeless artists to help them produce and show their work.  She has exhibited her own artwork in galleries and museums, and her work is a part of several public and private collections.

Claudia will be in Ocean Beach for The People’s Cooperative Art Fair on May 20th from 11-4PM,  4765 Voltaire St, San Diego, CA. 92107.  Twelve of her original new works will be on exhibit at People’s through the fall of 2017.   You can visit more new works in July and August at  Cultura Gallery, 6340 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego, CA. 92115.
